Dear Sir, I purchased Aakash Ubislate 7C+ through online,i have given order 2 years back,but they delivered this on 29th August, 2013 and i paid INR 5300/-. But the device is not working and screen is broken and its taking long time to switch on and some sound is coming from the device and device is striking for each and every application,its taking time to respond,when i switch on the device its hanging,it just showing the “Data Wind Logo” rotation,sometimes it even not able stop displaying,its not switching off also.Touch screen not working and i just made 2-3 phone calls but not able to hear the voice,sound system is very worse and during the call its hanging. This tab is having all problems only,its not at all useful. I tried to call the customer care centre but no body is not answering,i called on 0183-2708500,18001802180, 0183-2580177, 0183-2581330, +91.11.40536600, but no use, i never seen this kind of cheating. Once they answered and asking me to submit in the Service Centre which is very far,i went and submit on 23rd of September, 2013,after that i called them many times but no use till date, they are not responding. Please help me to get back my money and also to stop their cheating.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST IS : – PLEASE HELP ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY AND ALSO I SUFFERED AND SPEND ALOT, SO I WOULD LIKE TO CHARGE FOR THAT ALSO.
