Subject:-Request for Refund of Air Ticket PNR NO:- K4SYTS. Sir/Madam, On the above captioned subject I am having following submissions:- 1. That I made a ticket on 31 July 2014 from akbartravel.com from Hyderabad to Srinagar for 03 September 2014 with Ref. ID: – AT140120014 PNR NO:- K4SYTS. 2. That on 08th August 2014 I called your customer care executive of akbartravels.com via my Mobile NO:- 7298671142/9906875346 for the procedure of cancellation and he guided me that cancellation charges will be Rs1800/= per passenger for the ticket and remaining amount will be refunded back in my account. 3. That while doing cancellation process your portal showed me that Rs4262/= will be refundable. 4. That I cancelled my Ticket Ref ID NO:- AT140120014 on 08th of August 2014 and made new ticket with Ref ID NO:- AT140130813 PNR NO:- NDNE4E 5. That when I checked the refund status of Ref. ID: – AT140120014 on the second day it was showing refund was rejected. 6. That I called akbartravels.com another customer care executive and he told me the said ticket is non-refundable. 7. That the terms and conditions of the ticket sent to me by your portal don’t mention that this is non-refundable one. 8. That this clearly proves that your customer care executive of akbartravels.com has misguided me and your portal of akbartravels.com has provided me wrong information for the cancellation process which incurred me to bear huge loss and mental torture. 9. That the ticket sent by spice jet has not mentioned that the ticket is non-refundable too. On the above mentioned facts it is requested make the refund possible from your side because you have provided me the wrong information and if the refund is ignored from your side then I am compelled to knock the door of justice in court.
