Complaint was lodged vide memo no:173/CA& FBP/MSD dated 18/03/2013 regarding opression by cossimbazar branch of Allahabad Bank Murshidabad W.B. Savings Account has been illegally frozen and unduly inoperative charges are being deducted by manager. Never given any reply to my letter or instruction regarding my accounts.

Request the Banking Ombudsman to take immediate action and resolve the consumer Grievance.
