Amazon.in – Reverse pick up denied – Review

I purchased a watch with amazon.in and cancelled the same within an hour, also asked amazon.in to cancel the order, but the seller didn’t reply even though amazon kept sending them the email to cancel the product. Then, amazon asked me to receive the product at my home and then they will initiate the refund by picking up the product from my place. Then I received the product, upon their suggestion and called them to arrange a pick up now, then they denied, they asked talk to the seller now. I protested, then I asked the seller to pick up the product, the seller said yes he will pick up the product within 2-4 days, but after few days, he said ship the product yourself. Amazon asked me to file A-Z claim against the seller with them, I did the same. Now they say that you have to ship the product to the seller yourself. After my request again, amazon is saying wait for 2 weeks more and we will get back to you with the details of the action. I have all the email conversation between the seller and amazon to register as a proof.

I want my complete refund with the interest lost on that money in case I have invested the same somewhere else. I also want appropriate damages to me for the mental and physical stress I have suffered because of them. I have all the email conversation between the seller and amazon to register as a proof.
