i had ordered product worth rs235 on 5th November with order no. 402-1279497-4821130,and paid online through debit card, then i got an email from amazon for cancellation of order due to delivery problem and money will be refunded by 2 days but till now i didn’t get it back to my account. i mailed to customer care and they told to cross check with the bank with Transaction ID: 3100103724612276 and after lodging complaint to bank i came to know that the transaction id is invalid and when i mailed the same thing to costumer care , they are not accepting it.Kindly please help.
I am a student, not earning and i can’t afford these losses, already i had an same experience with YEPME.COM, because i didn’t know about this helping website i left it, in case of amazon i thought it is a reputed website but it also did the same.SO KINDLY PLEASE HELP.
