Printer was purchased through Amazon India on 27th Dec 2014, the printer was delivered on 3rd Jan (Saturday evening) and it was put to use on 5th Jan 2015 (Monday). The printers Gear Assembly has gone and the printer makes very loud noise while printing. The complaint for this was filed on 19th Jan 2015 & the company claims that the printer cannot be replaced as 15 days of purchase is over. The printer was also delivered with wrong serial number when compared to what was mentioned on the invoice. There has been no physical damage to anything, the company is not willing to replace the printer as they claim the printer has been used for printing 1700 pages in 15 days which is extensive usage. It seems the maximum the printer can be used is not more than 2500 pages a month.

We want the printer to be replaced as within 15 days a gear assembly cannot get faulty. Gear Assembly is a major part of the printer and the problems related to gear assembly will be never ending once the same is repaired. Only solution would be to replace the printer than repairing it.
