I have bought Lenovo zukz1 handset from amazon on 19th may 2016.Nearly after 15 days, the phone had network issue and it hangs. It is dual sim and both the network stopped working.I had some work so I could not give it for repair. Also, I could not return the phone because replacement was only for 10 days.
So Amazon care suggested me to go to service centre. On 13th june, I have given the phone for service centre in Mysore “Samruddhi Infocom”, Devarajurs road, mysore. They changed the motherboard and took so much time to repair it and returned me the phone on 08 july 2016. After one day I took the phone, again the network problem was there. No network in the phone.I asked for replacement then they start making excuse and asking more time to repair. They had installed chinese OS in the new motherboard. Now again I gave the phone for service. They repaired by taking 5 days. After I took the phone, again after one day the same problem came in of network. Both the sim slot not working. Again, I gave it on 19th June for service for which they said it will take 10 days to repair. Now they have not repaired the phone. Everyday they are asking more time. Even customer care on phone and by email is not helping me. They are not ready to replace the phone and service centre is not able to repair the phone. I have spent 1000rs running behind service centre. I am mentally disturbed due to this phone. I am not getting help from any Lenovo service. Please help me.
