i purchased a product(wifi router tenda) from amozon india ltd. online on 5/11/14 due to its malfunctioning/not compatible i made a request for returned it on 6/11/14 after that company reassured me that as product reached to its office they will refund the entire amount. after waiting for two weeks dated 16/11/14 when i again approached to company they said that they have refund the amount to my account no. which i have registered on their websites but i checked my bank account no amount has been credited into my account then i again approached to company they said to bring out the bank statement from period 11/11/14 – 21/11/14 i have also delivered that statement through mail but in spite of several reminders no response sought by company then i again approached about the same now company told me that i have to file charged dispute with bank after i made a request from bank they have given declaration of no amount credited into my account i have been continuously making request from company for last two months but they are taking my request seriously
i want my refunded amount with interest and mental agony compensation
