I ordered a mobile worth Rs.14000 on May 15, 2013. They promised delivery in a week’s time. I haven’t received word about delivery or any reason for keeping quiet. The customer care also is not responding properly and keeps postponing the delivery to the next week, each time I call. After all this trouble my name came up in their delivery list posted on July 11, 2013. But I still have received no intimation regarding the delivery docket numbers for the delivery list. I would like to have my mobile delivered by 10/08/2013 or in case they fail to deliver, I want them to refund my Rs.14000 with a compensation of Rs.5000 for the mental agony I have been through.
