Anjali Mukherjee / Health Total – Review

I had registered to Health Total, Shankar Road (Old Rajinder Nagar) on 28th November, Saturday. I was told that 5 weeks programme was mandatory. After reaching home, I has a visitor who was an Ayurveda Doctor, I very excitedly explained that programme I have enrolled into. Unfortunately his views were a very strong NO to undertake the treatment. I was told that there were cases who detected steroids in the tablets given for weight loss. Also I was made aware by him that there was a raid some years back and there are many people who have suffered by undertaking treatment at Health Total. He then showed me the reviews of people on internet and also many fake positive reviews. I was shocked. I am not at all comfortable to take up the treatment. As per schedule I had to start on Monday 30th November, but my husband strongly said no, after hearing the reviews. Since the center was closed on Monday I chatted with the online support and they asked me to speak to the center on the next working day. I called up and narrated the whole story and also requested them to hold one weeks payment and refund the rest. The lady came back saying we don’t give refund and it is in the policy signed by me.

Fine, I am not asking refund for the first week as I understand they have spent time with me when I enrolled, but why am I not given the refund for the balance 4 weeks. She did not have an answer and she said some senior will call you. I do not even have the email ID of the center to mail. I enrolled with all confidence on Health Total, but somehow after the feed back I have received I am not feeling safe. I have dependent children and I do not want to risk as I am a earning member of the family and is anything happens then my family will suffer. I also have home loans and other liabilities and do not want to put my family in trouble if anything goes wrong. Seeing the reviews and feedback I am really scared. I requested for a refund as the amount of 7500 is also a big amount for a working woman. After follow-ups I got a call today 15 December and the person who spoke to me is totally clue less and says service at Anjali Mukherjee is like buying a shirt, we cannot refund. I told atleast I have a shirt for the money I paid, with you what is that I got that you say you cannot refund, I also told her I am ready to part away with one weeks fee but refund the rest as I do not want to continue. I explained to her what service means and what commodity deals means. I told her you should not have registered me for 5 weeks, against what policy have you forced me to register you could have made it weekly. She had no answer. Its strange they have policy for non-refund but no policy for forcing registrations for minimum 5 weeks. Please help me get the refund
