I had booked a flat of 2bhk, flat number 1702 tower 2d in sushant serene residency measuring 1350 sq ft but failed to get home loan. i had informed ansal api to kindly refund my money but they are saying that out of 6 lacs which i had paid they will deduct 5lacs. my sincere request is that this money is my hard earn money and since i am not having any property on my or my wife name i had to save this money to buy property in near futures, but if they deduct my whole money then i wil never be able to buy property. i have two daughters and sooner or later i have to give them a shelter of there own.
i request the company to pay me the entire amount without deduction. ansal properties and infrastructure ltd is not a small organisation and as a good will gesture they should kindly refund my whole money.
