Apple EarPod Faulty – No Customer Care

Dear Team, I have purchased a Apple Ear pod from Flipkart. AR earlier trust this brand. But later on after 2-3 months I realized that my product doesn’t posses the characteristics of original one. I got to know about real damage done to by Flipcart when one of the speaker of the Ear Pod stopped working. I went to Apple care & asked them for the replace as I have One year manufac. turer warranty on this. But they refused to replace it back because of it’s genuine issue. According to them here is not any Sr No over the Ear Pod. So I mailed the same thing Job Sheet to them & waited for their response. But after waiting for more then 3 days I’m not getting any response from them. Attaching the all mail trail. I’m feeling bad about this incident
