Apple – Extended warranty not honored Rude Customer Service

I am an Apple user and I have completed 1 year with my phone in December and I was looking forward to extend the warranty of my phone. The warranty was not in stock so Maple at Linking Road Mumbai told me to contact the Apple Toll Free number to get an extension until the warranty was available for purchase.I was surprised to find that the customer service was blatant rude and not obliging. After giving me an extension of 48 hours they were unable to give me the warranty so I asked them to help which they gave me Authorized Apple Retail stores to call and find out if the warranty was available. I did so, but unfortunately it was not available in any stores in my area. I spoke to one Mohammad Nazim who was very rude to me and told me and I quote, “It is your fault not Apples fault that there is no warranty” he even asked me my profession and asked me if I would be able to do another job besides my profession as an “example” of how he couldn’t help me. He was very brash and kept me on hold for almost 20 mins when I asked to speak to higher authorities. Some other employees named Ritu, Faran, Dhanashree were not able to help me and responded the same way.In the end I was unable to get what I want from them

I would like either this Customer Service employee to be set straight by strict higher authorities because this is no way to talk to the customers. If he cannot be set straight and cannot learn to properly converse with people he is not fit for this job and should therefore be pulled out of Apple.
