i have 2 iphones of apple and i am getting a hang problem in both of them.The first iphone has ios6(operating system)which hangs when i am using my phone and the service centre says that you have to update your to ios7 but onto that the second which i have is updated to ios7 and it hangs more than the ios6.On asking the service centre they are not giving any satisfactory reason.i had a great difficulty in reaching there and on reaching the service centre says that they cant help it.

i want that if my phones can be replaced by apple or if they could satisfy me with these phones i have no problem in that too.Both of my iphones are in warranty.Apple being so good brand is giving such returns to their consumers.
