I just bought a brand new apple iphone 5s, GOLD, 16GB model phone and its IMEI nos is 358689055759128 and its serial nos is F17LTCRFFRC6 and i bought its on 24th jan 2014 and its cost Rs.53,500. Invoice nos-1801355937 and its not working from very next day, i bought it from Reliance World, 11B, Kalakar Street, Near Kalakar Street Post Office, Kolkata 700007 , even i went to apple authorised service centre at Shop No A 201, 2nd Floor, Block A, City Centre Building, Sector 1, Opposite Denizen, Salt Lake City-Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata – 700064. They know that my prblem is real but they harassing me and asking me to visit here and there and also sometimes asking for money though its under warranty coz its just 4 days old iphone. i basically stay in delhi and i have to go back to delhi by 5th feb but they people are not taking its seriously. and literally sick and tired. please help me out becuase i bought its with my 5 months savings and not i nothing to do. totally helpless.

i want replacement of my iphone 5s, because its not working from the very next day from the date of purchased. please help me to get a new iphone inexchange.
