This is in regards to my iPhone 4 8GB White with Serial No. C3KL50NJDPMW purchased on 10th April, 2013 from Chadha Mobile House, Jalandhar. On 28th March, 2014 the phone had some issues and because it was in warranty period I submitted the phone for repair to Apple Authorised Service provider (iService) run in Jalandhar by Avtech Digital Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (Job Sheet enclosed) and managed by Mr. Ankur Pathria. I was promised that the phone would be repaired/replaced as the case may be and I’ll get back the phone in 3-4 working days. Since then till this date of submission of complaint I have not got my phone back. The service center is closed for more than 25 days and every time I call the representative I was getting the answer that the service center would open tomorrow and my phone is lying inside the service center safe and and i’ll get back my phone as soon as service center is opened. After few days their answer changed to as soon as the service center would be open I’ll get back my phone. and we can’t give any assurance as to what time it would take to get the center opened. It’s now a month long since the phone was submitted and i have not got my phone back. On my repeated queries regarding the same, the person in charged started behaving very rudely and told me I would not get back my phone for atleast 3 months as there is some problem in the service center
I want my phone back in the condition i submitted to the service center along with the extended warranty as i had submitted the phone in warranty period and now the warranty period has expired and the phone has not yet been repaired.
