I bought my phone 4 8GB in April 2013 and it has Network issues from the day One . I am facing week signals issue almost line 40 % of nearby area. I contacted service center at iworld Ansal Plaza in the same month i.e April 203 but they returned my phone back saying no issue in phone . I raised my complaint with Vodaphone and after escalating the issue they did some testing and the network was ok at my place . If i use the same chip in other branded phone its works fine but as soon as we put the same in Iphone its shows week signals and creating issues in reciving or calling . I raised my concerns again in march 2014 (Service report attached ) with Apple and this time they found issue and replaced with new phone. I checked with this new phone the issue is still same. I reported back and they again replaced the phone and told me the new phone was given to you also had the same issue . Now i have third replaced phone with three issues onging Network Issue, Heating Issue, and Even i am not able to slide on screen to attend call for some. I went back to Service center and according to then they have find no issues in phone . Today i personally visited the Service center and showed them the network issues but according to then this is normal . About heating they also say thats normal heating which was not there in my old phone . Now despite of having three phone replaced my network issue is not sorted out and i end up with two additional issues of heating and not receiving calls . I am really frustrated and want my refund back from Apple . Need to file complaint against them in consumer court . I was never expecting this type of behavior from such a branded company.
