Around mid september VOV service from airtel live has been activated in my mobile number 9612058261 which charging me around Rs.5 everyday.Regarding this service I talk to customer care service and on 15th Dec 2011 I was told that all the money deducted through that so called VOV service will be refunded to my phone and will stop that VOV service. My lost balance was refunded but till today VOV service from Airtel live still continues to charge me around Rs.5 everyday. Please do help me to deactivate VOV service from Airtel live.
