Hi, I bought a RO from Aquafresh RO Dwarka in Oct 2013 for which I possess the Bill and documents for free service for within one year. They said that technician is going to visit regularly every 3 months, no after 10 months no one has visited and when I call them they do not pick up their phones they have 4 addresses and 3 numbers on their website www.aquafreshro.com, but no one properly responds, I am following up for last 5 days and the call was only picked up twice and till now there is no visit from any technician.

The RO has stopped giving water and till now I have purchased Bisleri 20L water bottles 14 units@Rs 70 each ~ Rs 1400, also it has incurred me mental agony and my house is on 3rd floor without a lift so it has caused me intense physical effort to get the water every time. I have 3 kids at home, one of them have observed upset stomach due to intake of supply water in crisis situation.
