Aquafresh RO Systems – No Customer Service

We have bought the Water purifier from Aquafresh RO Systems on 11/01/2014. We have been told that the engineer will come every 3 months and service it regularly. Since purchase only one service has been done that is around May. We have calling on the number provided by the company (as mentioned in the complaint) but they don’t bother to come. only false excuses are given by them. there has been no resolution to our problem as the senior people in the company are also not bothered about the complaint. the time given to us by the engineer has never been honored. Please take up the matter on most urgent basis.
