I am using a aquaguard revival ro water purifier . It s asking for repeated service and not working properly. When goven complain these people dont help and come on te for service. My latest complain number is 76298909. Its been 72 hrs since no action taken . I am facing it difficult with out water too. I am also afraid if company’s service is so bad even on warranty period , how it s gone to be in future . I am also worried about the product, it has asked for repair amd service for around 10-15 times even in warranty , then how will it work longer aftr warranty and it will add lot of extra cost to me. Which will not be feasible. Even if they give replacement wat is the guarantee the machine given will work properly. I am feeling tat i am fooled.

I want immediate action on company seeking their service on time. And also want three more years of warranty so i get value for my money even if they replace my product. And a sum of Rs 8000/- for harassment given by them.
