Dear Sir, This is in reference I was travelling from Sharjah to delhi on air Arabia flight no g9465 date 27 June 2014 when I reached delhi one of my bag with tag number g9 239075 was missing not even my but 15 other passengers bag was also missing who were travelling on the same flight. After much shout n cry there was no higher authority to address this issue only few agents where there to note down a written complaints, and they had no idea why are bags missing they had no communication from Sharjah airport. I have my engagement on 29 June 2014, and was suppose to take 9 pm train on same day from delhi railway station but due to all this mess I missed my train and the staff had no clue about when the baggage will arrive. All my purchases are in the bag now I am stuck on delhi airport. There was no senior person available to address this There was no place for me to stay at 9.30 pm in delhi they told me to wait outside the airport . I am completely amazed the way this issue is handled. I asked them to call there senior manager or give his number but they bluntly refused and said he not come they did not even give his phone Nebraska or email I’d . They gave a land line number 01149638xxx to contact them. I have been stuck on delhi airport was sitting out all alone without any help from air Arabia staff. So many times I requested them to find out about the list baggage but the said the can’t help. Some how I managed to call them on the above given land line but there was no response again. I want my baggage with all my binging and provide me transfers to my native place.
