I have booked the item through eBay on 10th June 2014 and item has been departed from Hyderabad main office on 11th Jun 2014. I have received an sms that item will be delivered on 13th. On 13th evening I have received one sms again that item will be delivered on 18th. SO I queried to Aramex customer care and they said item was misplaced, for this reason delivery delay is there. I have been waiting for 18th, but still I have not received on 18th evening also. Again I queried to Aramex customer care and they said by 19th evening item will be delivered. On 19th evening also I have not received the item. When I queried to customer care on 19th they said that on 18th itself I have received the item with sign from Bhubaneswar. Since last one month I have not been to Bhubaneswar, then how can i receive the item with sign. Plz take some strict action against this courier service.

I need strict action against this courier service. Since last couple of days besides of my office load i used to followup this courier service. I have been in mental harassment, can it be fulfilled?
