Dear Team, Greetings!! A shipment was sent to me from hyderabad in Aramex on 16-11-2014 the package was sent in over night delivery. the package reached bangalore office at 11-17-2014. but till 22-11-14 there was no steps made to deliver it , after raising multiple request with support team the just given a fake reason as we tried delivery on 22nd but the address in incorrect. And till as of today 24-11-14 there was no sign of delivery and couldn’t get proper response from Aramex. They have charged the sender for overnight delivery and even after 7 days the package was not delivered. Kindly help to make the brand understand that

the package has a medical equipment , without that i lost my doctors appointment on 21-11-14. And that delayed in my treatment. i had a lot of stress and health issues due to this
