Hi ,

I took the admission to the motor training center on september11 ,2010.At the time of admission they promised the following to me :
1.They will arrange 10 practical class for me( duration 1 hr every day)Toal fees amount Rs.2800 i have to pay.
2.I can pay the amount in three installment (1000+1000+800).
3.I have paid Rs.1000 at the time of admission and as disscussed with them they told me after four practical training i need to pay the rest of the amounts in two installment.
4.They will provide me the learner license after 3 weeks of admission.

Now I am reaay harassed by these people .

I have done four practical classes and they have not provided me any proper time for training the are giving me only 35-45 mins only and randomly changing their time .I have waited for 2 hrs in some calssess.

The trainers are asking extra money from me for better training.

Still I have not received my learner license and they are asking to pay full amount to get it which they didn,t tell me at the time of admission.

Now have decided to stop my training in their institute and I asked them for my learner license and they told me they will not give me the learner as they have not submitted the fees to motor vehicles untill I pay the full amount .Then I asked them to return my documents (I have submitted photo copy of my passport with my signature) but they told me they would not provide me anything .

I am totally misbehaved by this training center and I would like to infrom all to beware from this institute.They are now behaving very very rudely to me if i am asking to return my documents.

Please suggest me how can i take legal action against this institute .

Note : I have the payment receipt of Rs.1000 and their motor vehicles attendance card as document .
