I have taken AsianPaints EzyColor Home Solution service in Sept 2014. I was clearly demonstrated by their sales executive that post painting there would be three years of warranty for any cracks and any kind of damage on the painted surface. But within less than a month cracks appear on every painted wall. When contacted with Asian Paints executive after a lot of follow up they visited my house but said these are surface cracks which is not included in warranty. I did not understand within 1 month of service how the cracks been appear on the surface. I have taken the service which include all crack filling, damp block and fresh painting. i have registered complaint with asian paints around 3 months ago but did not received any satisfactory response. I have paid 63,000 INR to get my 2 BHK house painted. i have given warranty for 3 years for any damage in painting area, but within less than a month cracks appear on every wall. When informed to Asian paints they are not taking any action against my complaint.
