Ask Me Bazaar – Defective Product sold

I booked one order no (AB1866126) from Ask Me Bazaar on 28th March 2015. There were no SMS or proper notification on when i will be getting my product. After 10 or so days, i got my product and that too defective. In order, they mentioned that I will be getting three items Samsung Power Bank + Samsung Ear Phone + Samsung Charger Combo of 3, but I only got two items Samsung Power Bank + Samsung Charger. Products were also defective. Then i sent one mail to their helpdesk about complaining of product and they didn’t bother to send any reply. Then i called there customer care and today its third consecutive Saturday, when i called them. Complaint numbers are: QRC310950, QRC354270, QRC402965 Every time they mention that they will be picking product in next couple of days and then payment will be returned, but nothing is happening. I would like to lodge a complaint against them and how they are dealing with customer. Please suggest me on how to proceed.
