Askmebazaar.com – Clubmaster sunglass duplicate delivered

I had purchased a Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglass from Askmebazaar.com in beginning of April 2015. However the product which was sent was “DUPLICATE” and I had raised a complain for pick up on 6th April 2015 vide complain no. QRC 283919 which was one day after the deliver (within 24 hours). The product was picked up by their courier service on 14th April 2015 at 2 pm vide receipt no. 363415601411/ Askmebazaar (AB1783075). I had called their help desk at least 15 times but still have not received the refund of my money (Rs.650/-). Every time I call up the customer support staff says the same thing like a puppet that “someone from their concerned department will call back within 48 hours. The irony is it’s been more than a month and a half that 48 hours NEVER arrived. I am highly disappointed the way this matter has been handled and I seek help from others to get this type of unscrupulous companies the taste of their own medicine.

I would like to Get my money (Rs.650) back immediately along with a compensation of Rs.10,000 for the above trouble it has caused me and for cheating customers by stating “genuine/ original product” in the website where they deliver fake/ cheap imitations.
