I had ordered a watch (Order No. AB1956965) from Sharma Watch Company at askmebazaar .com onl by paying the required amount of Rs. 398 through online transaction. The order came for delivery after a week but I was asked to pay the money for that so I refused to collect it. I launched a complaint at their website and send a mail also to them regarding the issue. After sending so many requests and reminders since April 7, 2015, for looking into the matter and take necessary actions nothing was done from their side. Then about ten days back, I was assured by their customer care that my money will be refunded but that also not happens. It seems that their customers are not anything for them and once they got their money they need nothing else.

A suitable compensation amount for causing inconvenience and wasting precious time of mine, a teacher and researcher, who is Nation builder. I believe and truly trust in our judicial system that appropriate compensation and relief measures are there, so whatever will be the decision of Honorable judiciary I will respect it.
