AskMeBazaar Not Delivering Items Shopped

This is with reference to the booking of a pair of sun glasses from M/s Ask me( Order No: AB1014041 dated 03/02/201). Further on 6/02/2015 they had given me a confirmation through sms that the product has been picked up from P&P enterprises at Askmebazar wherein I was promised delivery of the product within 10 to 12 working days. But when they failed to keep their promise, I had contacted them on 15/02/2015 and registered a complaint at their web site. I received a mail from them stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours from their customer care and the issue will the resolved. But no one bothered to call me. When contacted on their toll free no 16/02/2015 they gave me a complaint no: QRC113214 and QRC133825.

But again there was no development in the process of delivery. Hence I request your office to take necessary steps in resolving the above issue by refunding the payment made by me along with compensation.
