Assured me they will tell me within 2 days what is the problem .again i waited but no information is received to me..after 3 days i again call..then they say we are still inquiring the issue..u can wait for 2 days more…again i did not get any response..after 3 days on 30th may i again call and the person again say ur complaint is under progress…that day i really frustrated but still i wait for 2 more days ..on 2nd of june i again call them but the story is same…they say ur complaint is under progress u can wait when i say i want to i order a watch with order no.DGA2995646 on 14 may..AND pay online 5000rs for this..i thought it will take maximum 4-5 days to reach but it did nt happen..after that i found their shipping can takes place maximum in 10 days…i waited for 10 days..but i did not receive my product…on 24 may i made a complaint for non receiving d product..and my complaint no. is QRC656370…the employee cancel my order and refund my money back then they said money cant be refunded..now m completely frustrated and mentally harassed..its been 20 days and there is no information about my product.i request u sir please help me and get resolve my problem
i want a sum of rs 200000(2lakhs) from askmebazaar as a compensation because they mentally harassed me and waste my crucial time..which going to harm my future..and to teach them a lesson so that they cant harass other consumers
