Dear Sir I had placed an order for MI Xiaomi 5200 MAH Power bank on 22 January 2015 from askmebazaar.com. I have received Xiaomi 10400 MAH Power bank on 03 Feburary 2015 with the outer casing of the product half broken. The product seems to be fake and its not charging properly. The product is not genuine and its Chinese fake product. I have written a mail to them on 11th February.
I have also lodged a complaint to them over phone as follows. Complaint no Date QRC80347 4-02-2015 QRC99792 11-02-2015 QRC120769 19-02-2015 Every time I have lodged a complaint they have issued me a new complaint and asked me to wait for further 7 days. Nearly one month have passed, when I first lodged my complaint and I haven’t got any mail or phone from them. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. I want to return the product and want my money be refunded back to me.

I want my money to be refunded back and strict action should be taken against these site. Such that new customer will not have to face the consequences which i have faced.
