I have placed an order on 16.01.2015 for which i have already paid in advance, and the guarantee delivery with in 10 working days, but till date i.e 02.03.2015 i have not received the product. i have already called twice regarding this order to ask me bazaar customer care and raised complaint regarding non delivery of order,They gave me a complain number (QRC 121602) but no such positive reply or response came from them.
I haven’t receive the product yet even if i have made advance payment. Wastage of time , money and effort towards following up of the order. Need the product to be delivered as soon as possible and a severe punishment to the service provider for this harassment and carelessness in their part so that same incident may not repeat in future.
