AskMeBazaar – Wrong Product delivered poor response

i ordered a samsung 2600 power bank (order No AB2320318), but shockingly got Xolo power bank. I let it be as such….but the biggest shock is that the poower bank doesn’t charge but reverse charges….. I tried to contact the No of the online portal but to no avail..once they put the call on hold for about 15 mints and disconnected as soon the operator picked the call.
The purchase was a total waste,?200 In addition it has somehow degraded my mobile battery Plz check the reviews of “Ask Me Bazaar” on Google Play store….Most of the people have addressed them as thieves.

i want a refund of ?200 from the company and the said company to wind up the operation.
