Askmebazaar – Wrongly delivered ignoring problem

I would like to bring it your kind attention towards complete failure of askmeebazaar online shopping system , I am sorry to say that they have no guideline regarding customer satisfaction now with this note I come towards the Center of my problem, I have booked a Ray ban Aviator Italy on 22 –nov -2014 and it was wrongly delivered by there side, then in return of this I file a complaint regarding refund or cashback but from 22-nov -2014 to till date they keep on ignoring my problem as I have make complaint more than 10 times for same product and they keep wasting my time in each and every call. below are product information and details NAME-Ray ban aviator Italy ORDER NO-AB507061 PRICE-825 DATE OF ORDER-22-NOV-2014 My personal information NAME-Deepak uniyal NUM-819109xxx BANK DETAIL –BANK NAME-ICICI ACC NO-023901530790 IFSC-ICIC0000239 BRANCH-AWAS VIKAS HARIDWAR I Have already return back the product which is wrongly delivered by there side , but I did not get any cash back or either any confirmation from there side , sir plz solve my problem as soon as possible
