I have ordered one product (Turtle Night Light) online (www.askmebazar.com) and after 7 days i have received wrong delivery (instead of ordered product i got Reebok watch)
I informed this to customer care and i got the answer that sorry we will log a complain and after 7 days our representative will call you and then we will send somebody to pickup this wrong product and after 15-20 days we will refund your money
I want that they should refund my cash immediate, why they are blocking my money. after that they can start their process (pick up and all)
