I am Meshak working in a private concern, last 16.04.2015 I have ordered 2 qty of power bank my order no: AB2274869. They assured the order will be delivered with in 10 days but it delivered on date (02.05.2015) by courier. But when I see the package it is packed with a very low quality polythin bag and I got the doubt whether the product is damaged so I asked the courier person to open the pack. He regret to open the pack and it also looks the product was just 1 qty. So I opened the pack in front of the courier person as I suspected its just a 1 piece of power bank that also damaged. but the bill was raised for 2 qty for the amount of Rs.1398. I ordered the product with cash on delivery so I regret to pay but the askmebazzar people force me to pay the amount and said this is our policy you should take the product and need to the pay the amount once the package is open. How can I pay for 2 qty when it is 1? and How can I take the product when it is damaged the ask me people respond very rudely and irresponsibly. I didn’t pay I just send the package back to the courier people. I need a proper solution for this problem this online people cheat us and our money this need to be stopped. I want to ban askmebazzarcom they are absolutely fake please dont purchase anything in it.

1. I want a proper response from askmebazaar.com for their fault and their rude behaviour 2. All the products should be verified before pay, only after the product is safe the money should be collected 3. Government should filter the inexperience company like this and avoid the inconvience caused by them to the people
