Assault by Samsung Service center manager

I bought a Samsung SCH – 1159 (handset repaired by Samsung with a six months warranty) from a Samsung dealership. On using I realized that the battery backup is very low, close to 1 hour and the handset heated to an extent that I would often switch it off. I approached the Samsung service center at Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji (service center: 0006070987) on 18-02-2013 and gave the handset for repair (bill no. 4147069493). On asking for a standby I was denied one assuring that my mobile would be repaired the next. When I approached the Service center the next day, I was told that the mobile can’t be repaired and I would be issued a DO that would help me claim a new handset from a dealer or cash back When I approached them on 02-03-13 for the DO they said the same can’t be issued since the mobile I bought a Samsung smart value (repaired handset). When I asked why I wasn’t informed from 15th onwards, nobody responded.

I asked to give it to me in writing and the manager – Abhishek and his deputy Aakash refused and told me to go and BEG at the dealership. When I told them that I am not leaving till the time I get a resolution and followed Abhishek, he started abusing me, twisted my arm and assaulted me inside the room where the service engineers work. At his behest the security grabbed me by my collar and threw me out of the center. Seeing this other customers present at the center came to my rescue. Abhishek quickly moved inside and refused to come out. When others raised their voice and demanded him to come out, he came out and started shouting that this how we operate, do whatever you want to. I didn’t know how to deal with the goons who have supposedly been given the office of customer service, so I walked away carrying all my documents helplessly. I am writing here with the hope of receiving justice and a compensation for the physical and emotional trauma I have gone through.
