1.On 28-07-2013, Mr. Ratan, Agent3 from Astroyogi Services, C5/6 LGF Grand Vasant, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070, telephoned and asked me if I am interested to take telephonic advice free of cost from their Astrologer Mr. Rajaram Tiwari. 2.I agreed and talked to Mr. Rajaram Tiwari. After short discussion he asked me if I am interested to buy stone from him. I agreed and Mr. Tiwari connected me back to the agent3. 3.Agent3 charged Rs.18,000/- for the stone online. 4.Next mail from him revealed that the stone is actually costing Rs.12,500/-. On 05-08-2013 I received the stone (invoice 1401 dated 02-08-2013). 5.On 06-08-2013, Mr. Ratan telephoned me and demanded Rs.5,000/- for the stone purification. I did not agree for the extra amount and sent back the item by speed post (reference no. EL090458993IN dated 07-08-2013) requesting for full refund. 6.Mr. Ratan called me on 11-08-2013 and informed that the stone is already purified while dispatching, however re-purification is required. I did not agree and again demanded full refund. 7.Party has not taken any action yet.

Party has to return Rs.18,000/- + Rs.79/- (speed-post expense).
