I have purchase online term plan from AVIVA on 15ht JUNE 2013 for that I paid rs 10287 on the same day .My Proposal number is NUP75298869 .As per discussion with AVIVA customer care they are ready to send me the recorded CD of our conversation but till now I have not received any CD from AVIVA and not received the policy document . I have called almost daily to AVIVA customer care and sent mail to rahul.sharma3@avivaindia.com and onlinepolicy@avivaindia.com but they did not respond properly .At the time of taking policy they told me that my premium is fix and now they increase my premium amount and told me that after medical report (ECG report) it has increased but ECG report is normal I have already consult with other doctors .Now today ( 24th July 2013) I got a call from AVIVA and they told me I need to do TMECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAM test from AVIVA center with my cost (means I need to pay the money from my end ) .At the time of taking policy they ensure me that all the medical will be done by company cost, then why I need to pay for test .
My reason to buy term plan to protect house loan and to protect myself .I am waiting for policy and till now not process my loan . I have called daily to AVIVA customer care for that I spent more then 200 rs .
want to return my all the money which I have paid to AVIVA as a premium and I want to take action becuase they mis- guide the customer and not provie proper information to the customer .
