Hi, For Month of Jan- 2014 My EMI amount ECS clearance not happen due to insufficient fund . So I got call from the Bank saying to pay my EMI of Rs.12160 + Fine amount and they also send executive to collect the amount . On 24th Jan 2014 I pay amount of Rs .12730 to Suresh (ID : 6646) collection executive . But the next day on 25th Jan 2014 ECS got debited again for Rs.12160 . I am not sure Why twice i need to pay amount .

I need to amount of Rs.12160 refunded and also I need some compensation amount as per law due to this pathetic situation happened.
