Axis Bank – not transferred the amount to the beneficiary

I have transferred 1500 rs on 29 march 2014 through axis mobile and they debited my account without transferring the amount to the beneficiary.Its been 10 days and still they have not transferred the amount to the beneficiary or returned back it to my account,i have been calling the customer care for the last 7 days but still no action has been taken. service request no-9355917 NEFT NO-AXMB 140882078982
