Dear Sir/Madam, I opened a new Current Account in Axis bank (Branch NFC, New Delhi). They sent me the cheque book and the debit card around 1 month back. The problem is the bank has recorded my phone no. wrongly and on top of that I have not received any pin for my newly opened current account, even though around one month is over. Therefore it is impossible for me to operate my account. I cannot change generate my PIN as the registered phone no. is wrong, and I cannot change my phone no. since my account PIN has not been delivered as of now. I am totally handicapped. I had to make payments to many people which I could not do because of the carelessness of the Axis Bank Staff. Despite my best efforts my issues have not been resolved as of now even after visiting the branch several times.. I met Dy Manager and requested her to resolve the issues twice, but still I am facing the same problem. Each time she said , we are resolving it but nothing has happened. I several emails to the person who opened my account but they never bother to reply. But interestingly they were very active when they wanted to open my account, the person came to my house 5 times to collect the documents and get it signed and stamp. but now these guys are not even recognizing me leaving me in a condition which is unbearable. \ Here are my details: A/c type: Current Firm’s name: HBEONGPGPU Proprietor: Heshsham F. Abdul Basit This is resulting in loss of my precious time & money. I had to collect and pay the money to my clients, and because of the unprofessional behavior of the Axis bank, I could not do this on time. I would estimate a total loss due to this negligence as close to 4 lakh INR. This is excluding the my health loss. I had to withdraw money for my Mother’s treatment but because of all this I could not do so. She is a diabetic and under going treatment. I request you to kindly assist me in resolving the issue. I have sent emails to: anand.padhy@axisbank.com, amrendra.kumar@axisbank.com, SMEHead.North@axisbank.com, customer.service@axisbank.com But so far no response has come. 1- Resolving the issue immediately. 2- Compensation for my financial loss due to loosing my client and loosing their trust in me. : INR 4 Lakh 3- INR 50,000/- for the loss of my professional time. 4- My travel cost from home to the bank. 5- Compensation of loss of my and my mother’s health.
