This is another incident in year 2014 that my card was declined at merchant outlet. Time: 7:30am Place: Hotel Lemon Tree, Bangalore Transaction amount: 10,866 Card: Axis Bank Visa ending with # 8617 The card was declined multiple times and I had to face humiliation again. This is second time in year 2014. What is the use of the card that does not work when required?

Reputation in front of relatives in July 2014 and Humiliation in front of international clients in October 2014. Cold response from Nodal officer that this will not reoccur, however it is occurring again and again. I demand Compensation for humiliation faced.
