Axis Credit Card Cloning Fraud Transactions

I received three msgs on my mobile at the same time, that three transactions were made from my Axis credit card one for Rs. 10 Which got cleared, second for Rs.40,000 which got cancelled due to exceeding limit, then rs 30,500 which got cleared. I instantly called axis bank customer care and got my card blocked. then as my credit card was with me i asked them for the reason and customer care told me that my card had been cloned by some unknown sources and i asked them to cancel the transaction or stop the transaction , but they told me that they cant do that. but if i submit the dispute form with the some other details they can file complaint against the vendor. also customer care person told me that the transaction was made by card swap in goa & mumbai (two diff places at the same time).I again followed up with the axis bank and they told me to submit the card, fir copy and original dispute form. I did the same, but they are still calling me again & again for the payment and asking me to pay for the fraud transaction , otherwise they will put my case into cibil. The merchant names were Rk enterprises and Sai collections as per the messages received. Also CCTV Footage and Signature could be checked for the proof. Also Axis bank increased my credit limit without informing me, it was just 23000 before and they increased it to 30 k something. and i got to know when i received this transaction message . Please help me as i have not made this transaction. also axis bank did not activate any one time password,so that fraud transaction could not have been made. and merchant should have checked when the transaction got cancelled. but i am sure merchant himself is involved in this fraud case, otherwise what is the need of making a payment of rs 10 with a card. Please please help me asap.

I don’t want to pay for the transaction happened on 13th septemeber 2014, coz I didnot made it and continuously asked the bank to cancel the transaction, immediately after getting the sms on my mobile. this is clearly a fraud case, as card was with me, which axis bank asked me to send to their corporate address in shattered form. and now complaining that they didn’t receive it yet. the courier office (first flight) says they delivered it to company’s address and got the company seal. also because transaction made at two different places at the same time. how is it possible with single card. axis bank did not enable any pin or chip on my card, otherwise this transaction would hv never happened.
