I had sent a parcel by speedpost on 13/11/15 from laxminagar P/O-440022 to Aizawl 796001.which is not deliver till today 4/12/15. I had lodge and mailed complains,but none were replied.My sister complains at aizawl p/o,but was always told off that many items got jammed in shillong.What i dont understand is why my parcel got stuck in shillong if i sent it through speedpost.The lasttime i track,it was dispatch from kolkatta in 17/11/15.Please help.
