Bagawan associates – Device Failed No Service – Review

i purchased an elanpro ef-550 chest freezer from bagawan associates on 17.02.12 thro the manager mr.jayaraman. the device has been purchased for storing neutrality butter. the device failed in it’s function on 10.11.12 due to failure of cooling coil. the same has been intimated to mr.jayaraman and he asked to send back to the company on my cost along with the payment of Rs.4500 towards service charge.as there was time delay the products decayed worth Rs.8500. in the mean time the company pressurised and terminated me from the business. i therefore informed mr jayaraman about the termination and requested to payback my money by transferring the replaced new freezer to some other customer. he too agreed to do so. so for 18 months passed but my request not fulfilled. kindly do the needful to recover my money with penalty to redress my loss.
