I am Flt Lt Raj Vihari amd presently posted at jammu. On 31 Jul 2013 I have ordered two sarees from bagittoday to be delivered at my sisters residence as birthday gift and paid the money (1499+999) upfront. On 17 Dec 2013 I was refunded the amount in the form of store credit which i never wanted but was forced to accept as they are not giving back the money.Details attached as appx A. On 27 Mar 2014 I used store credit and ordered some dress materials but after about a month after me calling them a number of times they refund me the store credit stating that I have not paid money. Email attached for reference.

I want the website to pay damages for the mental pressure they have put me in for the past one year. and I want them to be proactive. I want money back in the form of cash not store credit.
