During the last service in Jan 2013 the service center suggested me to replace the Caliber assembly on the front wheel since the wheel was getting jammed, so in this service on JULY 11 2013, the replaced the penger kit on the front brake and the CALIBER assembly which costed close 1900 including labour charges, but again on JULY 19th 2013 near vadapalani signal the vehicle got jammed again resulting in lots of stress.

1. Could have resulted in a major accident as the vehicle stopped on the middle of the road all of a sudden. 2. Couldnt go to the office on time resulting in half day’s leave which costed loss of pay for half day 3. Lots of stress and pain ,agony

1. Refund the service cost of 4000 odd 2. 10,000 as compensation 3. Compensation for the loss of pay in my office which is around 1400
