respected concern my name is gaurav hails from hansi city.i want to complain against bajaj electricals i am using bajaj iron model -bajaj iron mx-02 warranty – 2 years i complain so many times to customer care bajaj electricals complain no.s mention below complain no- 20/10/13- 3393361 complain no- 13/9/13- 3202606 complaiin no – 29/10/13- 3445676 complain no- 11/12/12- 1958382 complain -25/11/12- 1902038 complain no- 19/11/12- 1875697 along with this i also approach to mr.lalit (circle head) on his mobile no 9999979xxx and email id- lalit.pant@bajajelectricals.com i also complain to cmd@bajajelectricals.com in the every complain sole plate is changed by bajaj service center. but there was an fault in thermostat and fuse i am sending this mail to take care of my bajaj iron .along with this i want to recover my loss which was occur because of company fault. each and every time sole plate of iron is changed by service center. every time clothes are damaged because of overheating of iron 4-5 clothes are damaged i also have a written statement from all of the engineers who visit to my home(repairing iron) with proper signature and thum impression in the statement er mention clothers are damaged because of overheating of iron and they made clear that there was an fault in thermostat but sole plate is changed instead of thermostat. all was occur because of company fault dispute=== replace iron with new one ( because same fault occur again and again) and extent warranty along with this provide me a compensation for mental harrasment and for my damaged clothes thanks er.gaurav nagpal 9017777xxx 9017351xxx
